AeroDwell®
Use
The AeroDwell building system is an innovative building material made from precast, cellular concrete with micro air bubbles, Neopor®, sand and cement. Versatile and strong enough to stand up to the worst Mother Nature can dish out, AeroDwell is the perfect alternative to conventional construction in areas vulnerable to flooding, high winds, fires or other conditions.

Applications
AeroDwell is perfect for:
Homes
Commercial buildings
Public facilities (such as schools)
Retail locations

Advantages
AeroDwell is simply a better way to build, because:
It is resistant to flooding, fire, high winds, mold and insects, making AeroDwell panels sustainable in almost any environment
It weighs less than dense concrete and offers outstanding insulation and energy efficiency

The design eliminates the need for framing, insulation, exterior sheathing and sheetrocking, saving you time and money

Panels can be cast in a wide variety of architectural styles
Adding brick, stone, siding or paint creates an attractive exterior
Interior walls can be painted or paneled and accept standard nails and screws
Owners benefit from lower insurance bills
Installation is easy — a 1,500-sq.-ft. home can be completed in as few as three days
Costs are comparable to those of traditionally framed homes

Sizes
Panels are cast in a variety of sizes.

Joints
Panels use standard components to attach to the foundation

Applicable Specifications
AeroDwell meets even the strictest requirements for building in areas such as the Gulf Coast, where sustainability is a critical issue. In addition, AeroDwell has undergone extensive testing at the Texas Tech Windstorm Center to ensure its ability to withstand extreme conditions.
